Good Morning! I stopped at McDonalds this morning for some sausage patties and a side of scrambled eggs. I have this fetish for breakfast sausage. I need to scrap it though because it is high in calories. It is so good though. Hope this week goes by quick. I have a feeling this weekend is going to be a good one! :)

It has been awhile since my last post. Everything has been going good. I was down 48lbs total, but had a slip last week and gained 2 Lbs. I have to get back on track. I am not giving up on my goal. :)

Weekend went good. I ate what I was suppose to so I feel good coming into this week. I will see Thursday how things are. Christmas will be difficult but I know I can get through it without going overboard. Have a good week all!

Friday!

One of my favorite days of the week. Going to take my wife out to dinner tonight at Chino Latino. Great place & Great food! It will be difficult to find some low carb options, but I am going to do my best. Afterwards I think we are meeting some friends at Gay 90s. Should be fun! Have a good weekend all!

Down to 342 Lbs! That is a loss of 2 Lbs. Total of 18 Lbs! I wish it was more, but I am glad I lost this week. Makes it all feel worth it! Thanks all for your support!

Hump Day Bitches!

Well weigh in is tomorrow. Having issues getting enough calories so it is a possibility that my body is storing fat. I am not losing anything. Starting tomorrow I will bu adding 5 more net carbs per day. Hopefully that will give me more options for food to be able to get the calories I need. We will see!
